Responsible for processing accounts payable vouchers, preparing general ledger entries, reconciling account balances and other accounting duties as required.

Prepares payable vouchers for payment and process, utilizing a computerized payables system; ensures processing follows established procedures.
Reconciles specific account balances on a quarterly and annual basis.
Manages and validates timesheet information in a computerized system.
Reviews and processes travel vouchers for payment.
Administer the accounting portion of Concur.
Responsible for staging of invoices.
Supports team by flexing responsibilities are requires
Performs other accounting duties as required.
BS degree in an Accounting related field and two or more years of directly applicable accounting experience, or Associate's degree and four or more years of applicable accounting experience, or High School graduate and eight or more years of applicable accounting experience.
Strong computers skills, specifically the Microsoft Office suite; Deltek experience preferred.
Purchasing card experience a plus.
Project Accounting preferred.
Attention to details and accuracy.
